My Version of Whole Foods’ Superfoods Salad

1No specific amounts for this salad as you can just use how much/little of each ingredient you are in the mood for! But to serve 2 people I would recommend something like this: 2 heads of swiss chard, 1 large carrot, grated, 1/2 cup cabbage, 1/4 cup each red onion, goji berries & sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup each edamame, tomatoes, cashews & blueberries.
2To make dressing, simply blend everything in blender until smooth. Makes enough for 3-4 servings-enjoy!
